When I ordered this pickle it was more out of curiosity. I wondered what Lemon pickle in lemon juice would be like. Uffff! It is simply divine is what I conclude. It is like no limbo pickle I've ever eaten before. Bursting with the lemon tang and sourness from the juice, it is juicy and a little spicy and tangy and simply delicious. My mouth is watering even as I write this. You have to TRY it to understand the simplicity of the pickle and the complexity of its flavours. Can't get enough of it! Just love it.
