Can you improve on perfection ! Maybe, sometimes. Well we try. Mango pickle in oil is the king of Mango pickles. This one is a twist of that.

Mango delight is chopped Ram kela, a variety of mango, with some chopped Ginger, Green chillies and a tad bit of sweetness with the traditional mango pickle spices and cold pressed oil. It yummmmmmmmmm.. It's tangy with the bite of chilli and sometimes crunch of ginger juliennes and a host of hand roasted and every so lightly hand pounded spices.

It's truly a delight

• Pink Himalayan Salt or Sendha namak is used. 
• Fennel-Saunf, Kabuli Hing-Asafoetida, Fenugreek-Methi, Red chilli powder
• Cold Pressed Mustard Oil is used
• Contains very little sugar but its not sweet
• To Taste - Savoury
• 200 gms
