I used to be a big fan of old fashioned gourmet and regularly order the bhindi masala . Of recent the bhindi masala taste has changed and is not to our liking. Not going to order anymore. Consistency has gone for a toss !

It is an absolutely stunning masala for Stuffed Bhindi. The flavors just explode on your mouth, and it's so more-ish. Its wonderful - both as a soul satisfying comort food and also as a delicious addition to dress up a meal. We can't get enough of it!!
