Known as Cumin Seeds, Jeera is the age old Indian spice which plenty of culinary and therapeutic benefits. 

Old Fashioned Gourmet's Jeera is sourced directly  from the spice markets of Oonjhha in Gujrat. These are hand sorted, sun-dried and packed by us at our home, just like our Grand Ma's used to in the olden days. 

Amma used to say, the best Jeera should be a particular size and color, and we still follow those nuggets of wisdom handed down in legacy to us.
